  • Top Scholars: Ethiopian citizens with a strong academic record (typically CGPA ≥ 3.0, or ranking in the top 5–10% of their cohort).
  • Champions of Change: Applicants who have shown leadership, community engagement, or entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Visionaries: Those who see education as a pathway to build Ethiopia’s future.

 How to Apply

  1. Complete the Online Application
    • Academic transcripts, résumé, and a 500–750 word personal statement outlining your motivations, leadership record, and future ambitions.
  2. Reference Letters
    • Two from individuals (e.g., teachers, employers, community mentors) who can speak to your abilities.
  3. Screening & Interview
    • Submitted applications are shortlisted based on academics, leadership, and impact. Selected candidates will have a virtual interview to evaluate fit and readiness.
  4. Selection & Onboarding

Awardees receive an official offer letter, scholarship agreement, and onboarding support.
